Go to a doctor! I'm on Alesse and it's the same amount! $20 per month. 
It's best to be monitored by a doctor as it can cause blood clots and their are factors that would make it undesirable for you to start BC. 
But if you want BC go to a doctor and ask for Alesse. It's cheap

I've seen this website. I think it's really cool that they send birth control to other countries for women with no access to it. That would be my reason for wanting to get mine from this site once I go back on it. I personally would talk to a doctor first about the type the site is recommending though.
