I personally think it's better to you not dented soap on your face especially since she is a teenager and be sure to moisturize with a FACE moisturiser

I would personally go with plain unscented Dove soap for sensitive skin. The reason why is because it won't upset pH balance. If you have an upset of pH balance, you get stinky. As far as having a body odor coming from the armpit area, the best thing you can do is make sure she washes with a washcloth to exfoliate under there. When she gets out of the shower, rub down her armpits with a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. This gets rid of the bacteria without upsetting pH. Then apply a really good deodorant, I like secret 48 hour outlast. Then if she wants to use a scented body spray on her arms and legs, go for it! Any scent she likes.
