Inner Thigh/Groin Pains?

Hello December 17 mommas!! 
I'm 23 weeks 2 days, 
As of the past 2 days I've started feeling inner thigh/groin pain. Sometimes I have to stop what I'm doing and gather myself because it hurts so bad. Are any of you feeling this as well? And if you have previously did it start around this time? I'm a FTM so I'm curious. My next appointment is Sept 8th as well which I will ask my midwife but looking for some personal experiences here.

Me tooooo! Omg !! Sometimes I want to cry when I get out of bed my groin hurts so bad I don't even want to put my leg up to wear my clothes 😂😂😂😂

I'm due Dec 19 and just recently started having groin pain. It's more like my pubic bone area. I had it with my first pregnancy too. It's totally normal. Things are moving around in your body and getting ready for labor

It's called SPD can be treated with gentle exercises or a support belt x

Yes I have the exact same thing. Mine is very mild though. It starts in the ground and kinda runs down the inside of my thigh. I just feel like it's nerve pain from sciatica possibly. But I haven't asked about it yet

It's you hips separating from your pelvis and the muscles stretching. This pain started for me at 20 weeks now almost 28 weeks and somedays it hurts to walk. Midwife recommends stretching on a birthball, squats, and chiropractor,

I have the same thing. My doc recommended wearing a support belt.
