Family frustrated

My kid is 10 and her great uncle ( not in my side of the family) sent her a bday car that is meant for adults or teens that read ; " happy birthday dumbass ".

Told hubby that was not appropriate for a 10 tear old and did not show it to her. I let it go because he is in his mid 70s

Then he got her a gift that was a sign that said "romping is lovely " which is UK humor for sex play etc... not ok!

What bugs me is he lives with his bro who is the grandpa to my kids and he says nothing,
