Okay so this may be long.. but please I need advice. So I was exclusively breastfeeding for about 7 weeks. Then returned to work and now I only breastfeed in the evening from 6pm-7am(next morning). I pump while I'm at work. I pump every 3-4hrs. So she'll have milk at daycare. She sometimes uses bottles as well when I'm not at work. Sometimes being maybe 3x a week while I'm with her. And I'm trying to figure out when my period will return. I haven't had one yet. And my daughter is 3 months in 10 days. I've had cramping for at least 1 1/2-2 weeks. But today I had some serious cramping that lasted for maybe 5min. Is it possible I could be pregnant again because we had unprotected sex(withdrawal). I'm waiting on my period to get the mirena.
