Smile or turn but other times I call him

And he doesn't know his name. He does seem distracted by the dog or with playing, but I just read this is a sign of autism. Now I'm freaking myself out. I also should use his name more. I'm a FTM and have officially freaked myself out. He babbles, and talks a lot. He even screams and makes other noisesZ he smiles and makes eye contact. I think I may be overreacting.
