About to Lose it!

I went in today for my first ultrasound on my second IUI cycle. I am on day 8 of my cycle. I was happy to find out that my lining was already thicker than last month and I had a couple follicles that were maturing. Then on the other ovary she found a complex cyst - which she said could mean I already ovulated. I thought there was no way that had happened, but my progesterone confirmed it. So we totally missed it this month. I'm just so fed up with all of this and feel like my body is so out of whack! I was on letrozole this month.
