TMI//HELP

Does anyone know what this is? Its on both sides of my thigh/bikini area and I noticed them a few weeks after i started shaving 2 years ago but I didn't say anything or really didn't think it was somthing serious. There not really bumps there more like dark spots

and they never go away. I have been sexually active. I cant ask my mom or a doctor. Doesn't itch or sting when i pee, I have normal discharge,it doesnt bother me in any way other than it looks bad and im too embarrassed to wear my swimsuit because it shows :(
