Uti help
I personally have been dealing with having utis about every month for almost a year. I have tried antibiotics and it came right back. I thought I would share what has helped me for those who are dealing with the pain of having a uti but can't go to the doctor, cant take antibiotics, etc.
1. Drink a lot of water
- the more water you drink the better, it will help clean ya self out
2. Pee whenever you feel the urge to
- do not hold in your pee, try to go as often as possible or whenever you feel the slightest need to pee
3. Take cranberry pills/gummies
- these help a lot and I personally take them everyday
4. Take a probiotic
- this is what was a total game changer for me, this is an actually lifesaver that I have never heard anyone else talk about. Also, if you take birthcontrol, this won't interfere with it like antibiotics would
5. Take showers
- better than sitting in your sweat in such, less bacteria
6. Change underwear frequently
- if you feel wet down there from discharge and such you should change because it's quite warm in that area and bacteria is more prone then
7. Wear cotton undies
- helps keep ya dry
8. Drink pure cranberry juice
- also helps a lot
9. Take Azo pain reliever
- helps with pain if your having a lot
These are the things I take and they have worked wonders.
Hope this helps someone !
Disclaimer: I am in no shape or form a doctor. This is just what I do and my doctor actually suggested me take the probiotic.
