I got my IUD put in three weeks ago. Since then I've had my period for almost two weeks straight. The bleeding has been pretty light but the cramps have been very painful at times. Before my period started I could feel my strings but I've checked a couple of times since my period started and I can't feel the strings. I've heard that the IUD moves some during the cycle so I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should be concerned. I was planning on waiting for my period to finish and checking to be sure but I'm not sure when it'll be finished. Does anyone have any advice?
