Vaginal or csection?

Question

I've had two healthy vaginal births already. Now I'm having twins. Is there a good chance I won't need a csection?! I truly do not want one.

My doctor said he's fine with a Vag as long as baby A is head down. He said he would even turn B if he needed to

Check your doctors policy and the hospital policy. The hospital I was going to deliver at won't allow a breech second baby. I switched to a hospital that will allow it as long as the first baby is head first. I don't want a c-section either.

Talk to your doctor about it. Every situation is different. They take in a lot of factors like where your health is and the location of the babies and how big they are.
I was told I have an 80% chance in getting a c-section. I have gestational diabetes and hypertension and those are playing a big factor. My little girl is head down into my cervix but her brother has been transverse and they've been like this my entire pregnancy.
My doctor said if I really wanted to she would let me labor and try for a vaginal birth, but only because of how the first one is located and that she is finally measuring a bit bigger then her brother. But because of how he is situated there is a good chance I will deliver her and then have to have a c-section. So I just told them to have the c-section because I don't want to tear my vagina up and then have to be cut up across my abdomen.

I'm in the situation as yourself😞I had 2 normal vaginal deliveries before and now pregnant with twins due in January, I'm so scare of the csection... I even torment myself even more watching all those YouTube videos ... I'm scare they will leave me there all cut up open and they will forget about me, or just cut or leave something inside of me.. I know I'm overreacting but I used to work for a hospital and I saw many things and heard many stories ... I'm praying God babies will be head down at the end, healthy and normal delivery.

Lots of factors play into this, primarily the position of the baby. Also, there are times where you can have the first baby vaginally and the second baby gets tons of room and decides to spread out and not be head down...they don't typically turn babies so then you have a vaginal delivery and a c-section.  Talk to your doctor about the factors they look at when making recommendations.
