making enough milk?!

I feel like I don't make enough milk in the evenings. my 2 month old seems to get frustrated during the evening feeds, latching and pulling off and latching again. my boobs dont feel as full either. has anyone else felt like this? I'm not sure what to do! help?!

Unless the child isn't gaining weight or soiling diapers you have enough milk.

you are almost at the regulated stage.
it is a phase.
keep yourself hydrated and maybe drink some lactation tea.
at some point, you may eventually even stop feeling the let down, and it will worry you, but you're still making milk.
at 2 years in, my boobs never get engorged, never leak, I never feel let down, but there's always milk.
if you are really nervous, by law, your insurance cover lactation consultation the entire time to breast feed.
also consider funding your local  la Leche group is your haven't already.

Supply is lowest late afternoon and early evening. It can be frustrating for baby but it's a phase and will pass. Lasted a couple weeks for us. She's trying to stimulate a letdown. Some things you can do to help are breast compressions. Gel heating pads placed on your breast before nursing, the heat helps milk flow faster. A bath together helps calm and again the heat helps the milk flow faster.

I had same issue with my first. After evening feeding a gave him 50ml formula just to top up AND while he was eating from bottle I would pump two breasts with breastpump for ~10min to give my body indication that it's not enough milk...i think when he was frustrated he didn't want to suck long enough to trigger more milk...not sure...i pumped maybe for a week and I had lots of milk after that even in the evenings.
