FAM and insomnia
FAM users, I have a question for you :) How do you deal with broken sleep/insomnia in terms of temperature tracking to reliably pinpoint ovulation? I'm using the symptothermal method, so there are other signs of ovulation, but I don't often experience the kind of cervical mucus that's the key pointer for ovulation. Any tips? I'm gonna be doing some CBT to reduce stress so hopefully the sleeping will return to normal before too long, but still would love your advice :) <3
