Implantation bleeding with baby aspirin?

I had a successfull pregnancy 5 years aco and 2 chemical pregnancies this year. I found out I have a clotting disorder and I started taking baby aspirin.

I dis not have Any implantation bleeding with the 3 pregnancies, but two days ago I Felt Sharp pain in My uterus for about 30 seconds (Which I also Felt with My second pregnancy, but not with the other 2) and I found a Really Really pale Pink Spot on My underwear.

Could this be implantation bleeding? And Could it be that now I had it because of the baby aspirin? Did anybody else had this, while taking baby aspirin?
