not sure if my water broke!

when i woke up this morning my underwear & shorts were pretty well soaked ! the bed isn't wet at all. i honestly don't know if i just wet myself or if this was my water breaking. it doesn't smell strongly of urine. sorry this is so gross & embarrassing ! i called my birthing center & they said if I kept leaking to call them back. I've been wearing a pad for a couple hours now & it's not wet, just a little discharge which has been normal for me. I'm 38 weeks & some day by the way, due the 13th. any advice ? 😫😳
