I'm looking to increase supply but also a multi vitamin. Thank you for your help!

I take Nature Made postnatals...I like them!

I use Nature Made prenatal vitamins, and also Fish Oil, since I read it's recommended. 
I also take oatmeal (at least 4 times a week now that my supply is settled), and I use flaxseed and brewers' yeast in recipes. 
Drink lots of water! And maybe try power pumping. :)
