Help! Need motivation.


I promised my husband I would start my transition to a better eating lifestyle by September 1st. but I just don't feel like it. 😕 I want to deep inside to start my path to loosing weight. I currently weigh 247pnds. I need to loose 100+ pound's. I'm not suffering from anything. I am perfectly healthy. I gained most of my weight through the <a href="">IVF</a> I was doing. that was very stressful. then got pregnant with triplets. so now 2 years later I am suppose to start back to my previous weight of 170pnds. and go a little more to 140pnds. but I am in a slump. need to snap out of it. Just need some motivation to get the spark to do something. Thanks.
