Question to the group ❤️

Has anyone gone to the doctor for a routine visit and they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat on the doppler? That happened today and she needed to tilt my uterus upward and push the doppler down on my stomach. Very painful and scary. She was finally able to find it and the baby's heartbeat is in the 160's. I'm 16 weeks and overweight so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. Very scared now and am wondering if anyone had the same experience.
