I'm big, but I'm super careful about staying clean and everything. My belly button looks like this. Any advice?? What can I put on it or clean it with

This happened to me a couple years ago. Clean it out with a q-tip dipped in alcohol and make sure it's kept super dry.

Kinda looks like a yeast infection. They can happen in warm moist places (like your belly button) no matter how big you are. You could wipe it out with saline or witch hazel but mostly I think you just need to keep it dry and free of sweat
