I got a faint positive 3 days after conception 😳 is this even possible or was my test faulty? 
*im definitely pregnant, I thought I must have ovulated early but I didn't because our 8 week dating scan matched up perfectly.

No it's not possible. It takes 6-12 days to implant and you only start producing hcg once implanted, then it takes several days to get the amount up needed in urine for it to be positive. Test was faulty or you did ovulate early and the size isn't matching up. Either way, happy accident. Congrats.
