I recently gave birth to my first child and had severe postpartum hemorrhage after a c-section. I have no medical history and had a healthy pregnancy. According to medical science there's a 15% chance of mortality if I were to give birth again.

My question is, if the medical staff is aware that I had PPH the first time is there something they can do to prevent it from happening the second time?

I will be asking my doctor at my next appointment but wanted some information before the appointment.
