I have been sick last Friday and Saturday I had diarrhea all day and since then all my bowel movements have been diarrhea just not all day now I have these sores and they are painful could it be from the diarrhea? The purple is where my vagina is and the red is my anus those are the only sores they are not anywhere else. I scheduled a doctors apt but it won't be for a week and a half
