I had an ultrasound by one on those 3D u/s places to listen to the heartbeat. They were not able to find baby or HB. I'm so worried since I had an blighted ovum once and 1 mc. With my DD I had an ultrasound at 4 weeks 5 days and we saw the fetal pole and yolk sac. I'm scared is another BO and since I've been taking progesterone it is prolonging a mc. I have been having brown spotting on and off since week 4 when AF was due with mild cramping. Any opinions? I have my transvaginal ultrasound schedule for sep 8th. I'm so nervous.
