First time birth control
Hi, I had a doctors appointment today and they asked how my period was and I told them it was very irregular because I often have very very late periods or they don't show up at all. They recommended that if this keeps happening I get on birth control to regulate it and I really would like to do that. I'd most likely go on the pill but I'm also leaning towards the Paraguard copper IUD? I just want to know what the best options are.
