My sleep disorder has been acting up this whole week and I hate it. I have trouble falling asleep and trouble waking up. Usually if I don't sleep at night, I sleep on-and-off throughout the day until I have to go to work in the late afternoon. Some nights the thought of going to bed is very anxiety-inducing because the thought of not knowing if I'm actually going to get a decent amount of sleep scares me. I take melatonin supplements, but I'm afraid I might have to look for something stronger since those don't seem to be working like they used to (I've used the same supplements for over a year). What can I do?
