Do you think homoflexible/heteroflexible are real sexualities?

In case you don't know I'd explain it as: ...flexible = Almost entirely attracted to one sex, but would in certain situations be open to dating the other

This just sounds like being bisexual to me and reminds me a of how common bi-erasure is. Bisexual doesn't mean your attractions are split 50:50 to the genders you're attracted to, it's just a term to express attraction to multiple genders: can be 60:40 or 90:10 or whatever. 
It's just really common for straight and LGQ+ people alike to misidentify or erase bisexuality so I'm defensive of it 😰

My best friend said he had a crush on me. He's straight I'm pretty sure. When I told him it wouldn't be a straight relationship he said he still liked me even if I'm a demiboy. Heteroflexible.

I've actually never heard of the term, but it sound like a way to describe sexual fluidity? Which is a real thing , sexuality does change.
