The waiting game

Okay, so I'm 3DPO, I'm confident I ovulated, we BD'd our little hearts out, and I'm booked to get my bloods done on 7DPO (called the CD21 bloods - GP and i suspect my progesterone levels might be a bit low).

The aim of the game for me this cycle is to Lower My Stress Levels. Cortisol has a direct impact on progesterone production (among other things of course) so my tactic this cycle is to just... bow out.

Im embracing the mentality that we have done everything we could possibly do, so the next two weeks are in someone else's hands.

Temping and tracking at this point in my cycle drives me crazy, and I'm thinking it's doing more harm than good to the good old cortisol levels, so I'm going to switch off and not record a thing until the 13th sept, when AF is (not) due.

(I'll check our group posts cos i wanna see how you lovelies are doing, but strictly NO tracking for me!)
