Toy cleaning?!?!

Hi mommies ...how often do you clean your babies toys .. I'm wondering how to keep it clean since it's always falling on the floor etc and it's almost impossible to wash every time it touches the floor.. pls let me know how you mama's are managing this? Thanks!

I usually only clean them if they've gotten obviously dirty, like she spit up on it, smeared food on it, the dog got a hold of it, it fell in the dirt, etc. etc. I feel like I would drive myself insane w/ trying to keep everything she puts in her mouth spotlessly clean, she shoves anything she can get her hands on in her mouth, coasters, the remote, the tie to my bathrobe, the handle to my mom's cane, at this point I figure the germ factory has started & I have to let go of perfect cleanliness :)

I throw them in the dishwasher or washing machine every so often and do a quick wipe down at the end of the day if they've been on our floor. If they fall in a public place or somewhere gross I wash it for sure.

I forgot that part as well. I clean them if they fall on the floor at places and when she has blowouts
