Stress anxiety depression and pregnancy

I'm worried about a lot right now, iv very stressed and anxious, my mother just had surgery of hysterectomy and told she has ovarian cancer. She is in ICU and will have to have colonoscopy bag and have chemo. She has been amazingly healthy and active always - this is a true shock.

I live far away out of state and am here now with her in hospital but I haven't been sleeping and have heavy heart beats bad headaches and all sudden - I haven't for a while- consistent nausea.

I see my doc in a week but left message and he didn't seem concerned.

I don't know what to do, I can't calm down like people say just relax, it's a huge deal

What my mom / me are going through.

But also worried about baby and my mom would feel awful if something happened to baby because of what she's going through...
