Insomnia after steroid injections?

I got my first steroid injection on Thursday, felt pretty normal after, but only slept for 2 hours that night. Managed to squeeze in a 1 hour nap later in the morning, but that's it. I had my second injection on Friday and now I'm wide awake after sleeping only 4 hours! It's been 5 hours that I kept trying to fall asleep, I feel defeated and desperate for some rest, but I can't fall asleep!

I checked side effects of steroid injections and insomnia is one of them. I just wonder if anybody experienced this and how soon it went away after the second injection? Anything that can be done to help me get some rest? Thank you!
