How badly does it hurt the first time?

Can someone explain the pain when you first have sex? Can you compare it to something? And does it hurt the entire time? I'm literally terrified to lose my virginity because I'm a huge wuss when it comes to pain. Like does it hurt enough to cry? Does it hurt more than period cramps????

I was so scared of sex for so long because I had always heard it hurt and you'd bleed,  etc. then I put it off forever and when I finally was with somebody who made me comfortable it never hurt and I didn't bleed.

My first time didn't hurt at all - it was pretty pleasant for a first time. Everyone is different, though.

mine was terrible . i literally felt like , he was tearing up my vagina . no joke , i started crying . i was really wet though , but i also was tensing up (which is terrible to do) . two years later and i still remember the pain , never felt anything like it 😅 everyone is different though , don't let me scare you ! lol use lube , a condom and relax (very important) .

Mines was painful more then uncomfortable. I didn't cry but I was sore afterwards like the soreness of someone punching your arm.

I would say it'll depend on the person losing it and the person causing it.
For me, I don't like pain. But when I lost my virginity, it felt quite strange. The pain felt like (sorry TMI.. but it's d closest I can think of) when u have a big ass poop coming out n it's stretching u till tears fall. But I didn't really cry when it popped. And he kinda made sure he wouldn't move a muscle till I'm "calmed". And when he pulled out, he made sure I was alright.. even joked that I looked like we had 100 rounds of sex already..which I laughed even though I was super tired from the blood lost. That was till I went to wash up and the excruciating sting came back. The pain didn't really go away until about 3 / 4 days. But I would say it was the best pain that I had with the best man I could ever have with.

Mine felt like I was stabbed in the vagina but I think that's on the rarer side. The guy was 8 inches and barely did any foreplay so that might have had something to do with it.

The way I described it to my ex boyfriend was that it felt like someone was pinching the walls of my vagina. But it gets better. Use some lube

You can't compare pain. Some girls it doesn't hurt. It hurt for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it wasn't like AWFUL
