What's a good affordable infant car seat to buy?

Any car seat you buy is tested & safe momma. You just have to install the base correctly and strap them in correctly (reading manual is KEY).
That being said, a 40$ car seat from Walmart will be just as effective as the 150$ one!!

We ended up going to BabiesRUs, they are having their safety event sale till oct 1, 2017. 10% off stroller/car seat combos or 25% off a car seat. We ended up getting the combo for around $170.
