My fiance and I had an ectopic pregnancy a few months ago. No charting or temping, just casual TTC. My af is due sometime between the 5th and the 10th. For two days I've had barely there spotting just when I wipe and it stopped around 5 tonight. Now, on Saturday night I am dying from heartburn and my boobs are so sore. I'm hopeful that the bleeding was implantation and my days or ovulation might be off this month. I can make myself nuts thinking of every symptom but I cant fake heartburn (I had it with all 3 of my pregnancies in the beginning).
