Looking for Advice

I am new to TTC & Glow. I am 29 & regularly 28-29 day cycle. I am currently 9 days late for AF. I got a BFN this morning. When should I wait to test again? I have been nauseous the last 2 days along with dizziness & very slight lower abdominal cramps. No breast tendernes. Any advice or insights are welcome!
