Does anyone else get cramps and lower back ache but not on period ?? I'm not on my period

I always do usually get it like if I start cleaning or when I go on a walk

I did just have a baby 2 months ago and I had a D&C; for leftover placenta but I just had my follow up after the d and c and they said everything looked good I healed good she even did a vaginal ultrasound and vaginal exam and everything looked good and I just had my Pap smear which came back normal so anyone that goes through the same ?? Or knows if this is normal ?

I am on the depo shot so idk if that could be it

I also have IBS
