Polyp removed and bleeding after sex

Hi,

I had 1 polyp removed on the 15th of August, bled for 3 days at most and then felt fine. Had sex on the 23rd and 25th of August ( I was ovulating) and I felt fine. Had sex on September 2nd and started to have pink discharge then red then brown at night... anyone experience this before ?
