So- I'm pretty sure I'm breaking out because I have not been drinking enough water the past 10 days because of vacation. I really hope it's not because of my makeup I just got- I'll cry. But my forehead is popping with white heads. But I'm curious if my skin is changing again because I'm 27 now, or if I need to change my face wash up. I have been a neutrogena girl for years and this is quite interesting that I'm breaking out like this. Has this happened to you?
