I have feelings for a girl

I'm bi. I'm 16. I like this one girl I went to school with last year. Turns out she's bi. This is gonna sound stupid and pathetic bbbbuuuuttttt Some stuff she's tweeted and posted on her spam on IG indicate that she likes a girl too. I'm just praying it's me haha 😭 I wanna make a move but I have no idea how to. I'm worried I sound creepy. I don't mean to, my heart is just fluttery. I am probably getting my hopes up for nothing now that I think of it :(
