When people say you'll lose weight while breastfeeding...

I think it's a bunch of bologna...
And although it might be true for some it isn't for this momma 😫 i swear I feel like I eat more now than while I was pregnant!! Anyone else feel this way?

Yep 🙋. I lost all 21 lbs of pregnancy weight in 10 days, unfortunately it's all come back and brought some friends while nursing.

i hear you! my baby fed every 2 hours and i still haven't lost the extra 10kg. 😡 my 7 month old daughter is totally worth it, but i now either have to lose weight or buy new clothes. 😂

I was always afraid I wouldn't be able to breastfeed correctly with my 7 month old. Lol...now I have an appetite of a pro eater and have enough fat for me and my baby. One time I was thawing my breast milk and the milk separated and there was a ton of fat.

I'm eating ALLOFTHETIME. i make my husband nauseous when he find out how much i eat until i'm actually satisfied 😂 
but i fill my house with nothing but nutritious stuff(organic everything;bread, fruit, veggies, vanilla almond milk, granola, oatmeal,peanut butter,etc)to keep me from going hard on the things i REALLY want (candy,ice cream, pizza, fried food). 
lol now i'm hungry😫
but as far as weight goes, i was 140 before baby, 190 when baby was born, & now i'm 145 and ebf. 
Everyone's bodies are different of course but i've also heard sometimes when you're breastfeeding your body holds onto some weight.
