one capsule? or is two okay? (pregnant)
I'm pregnant. I spoke w/ my OB and she already said that it was safe for me to take Tylenol PM for my really bad insomnia. just bought some, it says to take two capsules for adults, but am I an exception because I'm pregnant? Should I just stick to one? just being cautious.
