So... came off birth control nearly 3 weeks ago, had my usually withdrawal bleed and I'm yet to have my normal period.

However over the past few days I have had a cramping in my left side of my pelvic area on and off cramping and shooting pain & last night I went to my friends house and had a few drinks & when I go home I was sick 🤢 I have never got sick from alcohol ... on top of that my boobs have been very sore & I have had CM on & off for the past week!

What do you guys think? Could I possibly be pregnant already or am I just overthinking it?
