How do you file child support against someone in the military? My husband and I are separated and he has refused to do anything for our daughter, his first child who is still a newborn. He just came home from a detachment today and even had the audacity to show up at our family's reunion and walked past both of us without any acknowledgement. I have begged him for help buying the things that she needs, but he ignored all requests. I wrote a letter to his CO starting what was going on, but all he did was 'interview' him and 'counsel' him on his duties to provide for his family, which is total crap to me.
