So my next door neighbour for 3 years is like really hot and cute. I'm 14 btw and I'm in grade 9 he is in grade 10 (btw in Australia. The school year is almost over so I am in like a term going to be in grade 10) anyways recently I noticed I really really like him. I think he is super cute and hot and has a really great smile and eyes. I don't think he has a crush on me though. He has never had a girlfriend neither have I but I want him to ask me out cause man do I like him. Any tips on how to get him to notice me or ask me out ? He doesn't have a phone cause his parents are kinda strict but we do go to this teen youth thing every Friday although I don't talk to him.
