Losing my baby at 17 weeks

Yesterday morning I found out my baby no longer has a heartbeat. I found out because I couldn't find his heartbeat with my Doppler at home then I went into the ER and they did the ultrasound and confirmed he is gone. Now I have to wait for the "process to happen naturally". I feel so empty. I'm mad at my body. I'm mad that my body is already changing back. My stomach isn't hard anymore. My boobs don't hurt. He's gone and there's nothing I can do about it.
