morning sickness before a HPT shows positive?

I've had nausea for a few days now but I'm still early and still getting negative tests. I'll test again in a few days but has this happened to anyone else? sickness kicked in but still hormones too low to be detected?

I have been SOOOOO nauseated and AF isn't due for two more days. I was so sick that it actually woke me in the middle of the night and I vomited 😩! Having food aversions too. Don't want coffee and I'm a huge coffee drinker! Weird stuff and it's early!

with my first pregnancy I felt really nauseous for one day, so bad I tested, the test was negative. I put it down to anxiety regarding some issues in my life at that time, don't recall noticing sickness after that day.  Come the day my period was due I was sick with the flu and didn't notice I hadn't gotten my period until like 11 at night, went to the store and bought a test, very positive.
