Opinions please FTM

I'm in the hospital for pelvic pain and swollen feet but during my evaluation I started contracting, I thought this was normal Braxton hicks because honestly that's what my doctor would always say it was. They checked my cervix and I was 1cm dilated. So I'm laying here at 3:40 am listening to my baby boys heart beat at 34 weeks. I don't want him to come earlier than October. In your opinions should I expect to deliver earlier? ( I will be asking the doctor in the morning )
