Puffy baby face?

I swear my little ones face gets puffy after a feed. Is this normal? He's formula fed and has been since 3 days where he was combi fed for 5 weeks and now 100% formula for the past 4 weeks. It's always been the same type and i think hes seemed a bit puffy many times but i never thought anything of it because he seems ok...

Is this something that can happen or shall i be concerned?

Does he have any other symptoms like diarrhea or wheezing?

It will sound kike hes got a cold with a bit of congestion in his chest. This is how it started for us with the milk protein allergy.

Nope. I dont think so.. is wheezing noisy? Im ftm and he usually seems like an awkward breather to me but maybe thats babies..
