Backache early pregnancy

I'm currently 4 days late for AF. This month I didn't use OPKs so not a definite on ovulation but I had some light spotting around 12dpo and then nothing. Today I have a backache not quite like my normal AF symptoms. Anyone else have this in early pregnancy??
