Transitioning out of the swaddle
We have swaddled our baby since the beginning, he is now 4 1/2 months old. He love to be swaddled we tried putting regular pajamas on and it was a night of terror. How can we transition into regular pajamas now that he is almost able to roll over? He loves to be held but is soon as we sat down he wakes up, and when he jerks in his sleep he wakes him self up. What should we do?
