Bra or no bra?

Is it bad not to wear a bra while breastfeeding. I have been wear this spaghetti strap that is for breastfeeding and it comes padded. So I haven’t been wearing a bra for about 3 weeks now. Is this bad for my breast?

anything tight can cause plugged ducts anyway! I hope to one day not have to wear bras without leaking though!! lol

I dont know abt for breastfeeding, but i know i didnt wear a bra for abt 90% of my pregnancy lol my nausea was so bad I literally could not wear one.
